What	She is my mother. Throughout my life, she has been the one who supported me in all the things that I do. She is also my first teacher, best friend, provider of all the things that I need, the one who takes care of me, and the person who accepts and loves me the most.
When	From the very beginning, she has always been the most influential person in my life because I believe that she is the one who knows what’s the best for me.
Where	Since she is my mother, I have met her inside her womb.
How	Every time I see her, I always feel inspired and motivated to give the best that I can and exert my full effort in everything that I do just to make her proud.
Why	She is the most influential because she is the one who witnessed my growth as an individual. She molded me into the person that I am right now.

Information Needs What information do you need?	If the intensity of the typhoon is high, I need to know what are things needed to prepare that will be placed inside our emergency kit. I also need to know the emergency hotlines in case of emergency.
Source of Information Where will you get them?	Since I am the one witnessing the situation, I, myself, can already be the source of information.
Access to the Information How will you access them?	One of the best devices that can be used during this kind of situation is the radio. In case of a very intense typhoon, internet may be affected, which means that we cannot use our mobile phones to search for information and news online.
Evaluate Information How will you check the quality of information?	If there is still an access to the internet, I can confirm that the information that I gathered is accurate by checking its main source, if it’s a reliable website or not. We can also check if the website is an official website or just a parody.
Organize Information How will you organize and store them?	If I have an access to the internet, I can take a picture or screenshot of the text so that I will have my own copy of it in case the internet signal will be lost.
Communicate Information How will you create and communicate them?	I think the best way to communicate or spread information in this kind of situation is through a phone call. In this way, we don’t need to be worried about the internet connection of the person we are talking to because a phone call doesn’t require one, it just needs a phone signal.
